LET’S PLAY! Engaging events focused on student interconnectedness, family fun, and grown ups’ activities are supported by AL PTO.
Playground Mixers
Each year, we hold a Playground Mixer at the Cherry and Oak Campus Playgrounds. Kids get to play after school, while parents make new friends or catch up. AL PTO provides snacks, drinks, and the opportunity to get to know other families from the school.
End of Year Picnic
One of the final events of the year, AL PTO throws a huge picnic for the school. We invite families and friends of all three campuses! Bounce houses, games, and great community are what this day is about.
Holiday Art Market
The Holiday Art Market is an amazing showcase of local artists' work. This is your opportunity to get a head start on your holiday shopping, supporting both the school and artists in our community!
‘Boo’ Bayou
This annual tradition is such a great way to kick off the Fall season as well as announce the $10k Raffle drawing winner! Boo Bayou brings together families from all three campuses - a celebration of school community, complete with snacks, fun, and games.
VIP Dance
Be your student’s VIP at the best dance party in town! With a new theme each spring, the VIP Dance is a blast with groovin’ moves, raffle prizes to win, snacks to be enjoyed, and bonding moments with your kid.
Rendezvous Block Party
This family-oriented Block Party was a blast in its 2022 inaugural year on the Armour Campus sports field. Food trucks, face painting, bounce houses, and more!
Trivia Night
It’s the brainiest night of the year! Teams channel the year’s theme in costumes, ready to battle it out and see who has the greatest trivia knowledge. Raffle prizes, signature drinks - an all-around good time.
Field Day
We end each school year with a great Field Day at each campus. The day is filled with various events from outdoor water games to indoor dodgeball and kickball. These events are organized by AL PTO volunteers and it is a favorite of everyone!
